This year is not over yet. There are nearly three months left in 2024.
How will you spend your time in this final quarter?
It’s easy to get swept up in the holidays and get sidetracked. Many people stop focusing on their dreams and put their goals on the back burner until the new year.
You could do that. Or, you could lean into your desires and end 2024 with a bang!
Try this: Imagine it’s early 2025, and you look back at the previous year.
What did you accomplish with your health, wealth, and happiness?
What will you tell yourself as you assess the year?
Here’s one option:
“Man, 2024 was a fabulous year - especially those last three months. I really crushed it and accomplished so much!”
I want you to be able to say that and know it’s true!
Here are eight ways to make the rest of this year the best of this year:
1. Reflect on the Year So Far
Take Inventory: What were your successes? What challenges did you face? What life lessons did you learn? This reflection will help you identify what worked so far and what needs improvement.
Celebrate Wins: Remember to celebrate your wins—both big and small. Acknowledging your progress keeps the energy high and motivates you to keep going.
2. Set Specific and Realistic Goals for the Last Quarter
Choose One Big Goal: That’s right. Set a Big Bold Bodacious Goal for the next three months. There’s power in focus. Choosing one major goal is more effective than scattering your attention across many small ones.
Break It Down into Actionable Steps: Create a clear action plan with small, manageable steps you can take daily or weekly. James Clear, author of Atomic Habits, emphasizes that small, consistent actions compound over time, leading to significant results.
3. Develop High-Vibe Daily Habits
Morning Affirmations and Visualization: Develop a powerful morning affirmation routine to set a positive tone for the day. Consider Hal Elrod’s Miracle Morning framework, which includes silence, visualization, exercise, reading, journaling, and affirmations.
Daily Gratitude Practice: Keep a gratitude journal or take a few minutes daily to list several things you’re grateful for. Research shows that practicing gratitude boosts happiness and well-being, creating a high-vibe mindset that fuels productivity.
4. Revisit and Adjust Current Goals
Be Flexible: Adaptability is key. If certain goals aren’t on track, now is the perfect time to adjust them. It’s okay to pivot and create new plans if the old ones no longer align with where you are now.
Remove What’s Not Serving You: Identify and let go of goals, habits, or activities that are not contributing to your growth. The last quarter is a great time to declutter mentally and emotionally to make room for what truly matters.
5. Create a 90-Day Challenge
Time-Bound Challenge: Consider a 90-day challenge focused on a specific area—like your health, financial wellness, or a creative project you’ve been putting off. Challenges are effective because they create a sense of urgency and focus. (See the 28-day Heal + Activate + Connect program below.)
Accountability Partners: If this appeals to you, find an accountability partner. Having someone to share progress with helps you stay on track. Napoleon Hill’s Think and Grow Rich emphasizes the power of a “mastermind”—a supportive group you communicate with regularly.
6. Focus on Wellness and Self-Care
Prioritize Health: Your ability to make progress is deeply connected to your physical and mental well-being. Eating well, exercising, and getting enough rest are essential.
Stress Reduction Techniques: To manage stress, add meditation, yoga, or deep breathing exercises to your daily routine. A calm mind leads to clearer decisions and better outcomes in achieving end-of-year goals.
7. Embrace a Positive Mindset for the Future
Visualize Success: Spend time visualizing how you want to feel and what you want to achieve by the end of the year. Visualization techniques, as suggested by Dr. Joe Dispenza, can help rewire your brain for success.
Reframe Setbacks: See setbacks not as failures but as learning opportunities. Every step, even the missteps, contributes to your growth.
8. Make It Fun
Find Joy in the Process: Remember that the journey is as important as the destination. Make it a priority to inject fun into your daily activities. Take your goals seriously, but don’t take yourself so damn seriously. Smile, laugh, and ask yourself how you can feel joyful in the present moment.
Seasonal Inspiration: Use the changing seasons as inspiration. Fall is about letting go, winter is about reflection and renewal, and these last three months can be a perfect time for transformation.
By focusing on these simple strategies, you can make the rest of 2024 truly impactful and set the stage for an even better year in 2025.
Don’t think of your best days as something you’ll get to in the future. Continue to take action now, maintain a positive attitude, and keep moving forward with energy and purpose!

Thank you Bob & Pooki!!! Solid and doable goals !!!
Thanks! This is really great! I've just restarted my Miracle Mornings (13 day streak so far), and have been contemplating looking at whether or not I should jump back onto the Miracle Equation plan that I started at the beginning of 2024. There's still time to reach the goal I set for this year. I'll take your post as a kick in the butt from the Field to get moving.
